Good online communication

Online communication is the reflection on who you are. Its reveal and shows your attitude, whether it is bad or good. This is tips for good online communication:

A person should begin by introducing themselves. They should not, for example, send a letter and end it by saying, “oh, by the way, my name is so-and-so”. Start by saying hello and telling the person your first name. It is best to not ramble on about yourself.
Your letter should always end with a question before you say goodbye. If you do not, they will have trouble thinking of what to say in a reply. If you enter one or two questions, this will prompt the person to respond back to you. Online communications that include typos are not well received. The typos stick out like a sore thumb and will not make a good impression. Typos are the characteristics of someone who is sloppy and uneducated. Ask any questions that you feel are important in order to get to know that person. Of course, do not ask any sexual or rude question; that is one sure-fire way to not receive a reply back. Try to not use a lot of abbreviations, as others may not be familiar with the same ones you use. Try to not let a long lag occur between replies, as the other person may suspect you are not very interested. Good online communication is essential in order to build a good relationship, reputation and avoiding conflict.
